Manages and directs overall activities of staff within the Workforce Digital Services department. Develops strategy and provides a roadmap for future direction, deployment and use of technology equipment, and support services that meet the IT needs of the company. Responsible for end-user workforce technology, records management, contract administration, and the IT service and support center, which provides service desk, desktop support and software application administration.

Twelve or more years of experience in information technology support and services. A degree(s) in information technology, computer science or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
