Preferred Candidates will have the following skills:
At an intermediate level, operates and maintains buildings, facilities, and grounds across multiple campuses. Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures. Provides professional customer service and communication to building tenants. This position utilizes knowledge and experience in own discipline but is still building higher-level knowledge and skills. Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction from supervisor, manager and/or more experienced colleagues.

Two or more years of experience in building operations and maintenance. A degree(s) in facilities management, electrical, mechanical, HVAC or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
